That’s what my coaching is about.
I work with people who are capable, thoughtful, and often carrying a lot of responsibility; teams, leaders, guides, parents, founders, and creatives who sense that something in their life or work needs to shift, but aren’t interested in quick fixes or motivational hype.
I’m not an accountability coach, but I’ll help you uncover what, in you, is keeping you from making the changes you already want to make.
My role is to help you slow down enough to notice what’s actually happening, and to build capacities and structures that help you move skillfully forward skillfuly.
