1) EARTH: June 4
Feet · Legs · Hips
Stability, balance, and support from the ground up.
2) FIRE: June 11
Hips · Core · Twisting · Turning
Rotation, control, and power through the body’s center.
3) WATER: June 18
Back · Shoulders
Healthy shoulders and a resilient back for surfing, paddling, and carrying load.
4) AIR: June 25
Breath · Lightness · Lifting · Floating
Breath, ease, lift, and efficiency in movement.
Each session will build on the previous,
and include breathing, mental, and physical practices you can integrate into your daily routine
No yoga experience needed.
