Overview
A guided wilderness fast for men seeking clarity, recalibration, and direct relationship with themselves and the natural world.
Held in a remote area near the Rogue River and Gold Beach, Oregon, this experience follows a time-tested arc of group preparation, solitude, and integration. Participants will spend three days alone on the land in a supported fast, held within a carefully structured container of safety, intention, and community.
Why a Fast?
Across cultures and time, fasting in nature has been used as a way to:

Reconnect to intuition, humility, and belonging
Meet fear, grief, or uncertainty with steadiness

Day 1–3 | Preparation
Personal camp setup-up

Days 4-6 | Solo Fast
Participants disperse to individual solo sites
Water-only or light fasting (modified as needed)
No phones, no books, no external input

What This Is / What It Is Not
This is:
A guided wilderness experience
Trauma-informed and non-dogmatic
Grounded in respect for place and self
Structured, but not busy
This is not:
A survival challenge
A psychedelic or plant-medicine ceremony
A therapy retreat
A performance or endurance test
Location
The fast will take place in a remote wilderness area near Agness, Oregon, within the Rogue River–Siskiyou region.
Exact location details will be shared with confirmed participants only.
This land is rugged, beautiful, and sparsely visited.
Who This Is For
This experience is appropriate for men who:
Are navigating transition or decision points
Feel called to slow down and listen
Are comfortable with solitude and nature, or want to be
Are physically and psychologically stable and/or supported
No prior fasting or camping experience is required.
Safety & Support
Group size is intentionally small
Participants are screened prior to acceptance
Emergency communication protocols in place
Guide on-site and available throughout
Modified fasts are available if needed
This is a non-clinical, non-therapeutic experience grounded in personal responsibility and mutual respect.

Dates: May 23–31, 2026 (arrive to Gold Beach or Agness the 22nd so you can be ready to start at 9am the next morning)
Location: Near Gold Beach, OR
Group Size: 6–10 participants
Cost: $1200 (includes facilitation, group gear, permits)
