This is a guided class rooted in the Ashtanga tradition, designed to be accessible, steady, and supportive; whether it’s your first time or something you’ve returned to over many years.
What to Expect
We’ll begin with a short period of seated breath and meditation, and a bit of practical yoga philosophy.
From there, you’ll be guided through a modified Ashtanga-based sequence, with options and variations offered throughout.
You don’t need to know anything beforehand.
Just follow along, stay with your breath, and take what you need.
