Each morning, we will gather in quiet rhythm to breathe, move, and reflect.
The practice unfolds primarily in the Mysore format: steady, self-paced, structured but not rigid, guided by shared intention and attention.
Personalized instruction and assistance in the methodology of yoga asana (postures) and breathing is offered as wanted and needed.
Guided classes will also be offered on the first and last day of the immersion.
Mornings include breathwork and short contemplations on wisdom texts that illuminate the dance between discipline, freedom, purpose, and service.
