Reset, renew, return to rhythm
Why this retreat?
Modern life has a way of pulling us out of rhythm.
We move fast, hold onto a lot, and lose touch with the deeper intelligence of body, breath, and intuition.
This retreat is designed as a reset.
Through daily practice, ocean immersion, ceremony, and spacious time in nature, you’ll have the opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and remember what matters most.
Each day offers a balance of structure and freedom:
morning yoga and meditation to steady the mind, time in the ocean to awaken vitality and play, and intentional space for rest, reflection, and connection.
This is an opportunity to return to yourself with more clarity, energy, and presence.
Practice
Daily yoga, breathwork, and meditation to ground the body and steady the mind.

The flow
Daily Rhythm
Each morning begins with a seated practice by the sea and with the waking soundscape of the jungle. Traditional yoga pranayama is focused on breath, inner awareness, and settling the mind. From there, we move our bodies with breath-focused yoga. Nourishing food follows, and a variety of activities are available for surfers, adventurers, or those seeking rest and rejuvenation. Before dinner each day, we will return to practice, deepening breath, connection, and understanding.

Questions?-
El Salvador has one of the lowest crime rates in Central America, with the lowest level travel advisory from the US State Department.
-
No! All classes in this retreat will be guided. We will explore different series and series tailored to the group and the experience. If you are looking for one of Adam’s traditional Ashtanga style experiences, we recommend another intensive. This one will be strong, breath-focused, and grounded in traditional yoga, but much more fluid; following curiosity and exploration.
-
No problem! If you want to learn, lessons are available (one is included). If you’d rather not get in the ocean, other excursions are available, and there is plenty to do onsite: beach walks, a pool, sauna, cold plunge, massage, and more.

A portion of all income will go to the Mizata Foundation. Read more about their work here.
A visit to one of their projects can be arranged, and future retreats will include a service component.
